Days Ahead
Today the first instalment of who will be pumping randwicks turf club.
Future Music Festival 2010 lineup:
The Prodigy
Empire Of The Sun
Franz Ferdinand
Booka Shade
John Digweed
Sven Vath
David Guetta
Erick Morillo
Above & Beyond
Dubfire
Boys Noize
Does It Offend You, Yeah?
Plus; many more, Future entertainment loves a suspense build in my opinion. So with this killer start they have to rival Field Day. Just put Oizo up there with a carton of Malboro Reds!
With a quick mention to Field Day, what a lineup that is? Mash-up kings 2manydjs are at the top of the bill, supported by The Presets, as well as the super- duo of Switch + Diplo who will be performing as Major Lazer Soundsystem. Just get ready for those Major Lazer White Noise drops....
There’s plenty of love for Wednesday night indie-dance – Architecture in Helsinki, Datarock and Amanda Blank. Then Dubstep, I can only take it in small doeses but it will be cool to see actual dubstep Djs doing there stuff, Dubstep makes a serious appearance with Skream & Benga. Lovers of the next-generation of electro and fidget are more than catered to with acts like Fake Blood(sorry again), The Proxy, Sinden, Jack Beats while house and tech fans get a solid representation of DJs that includes Fred Falke, Sebastian Leger, Nic Fanciulli.
An honourable mention that DJ Yoda will be there, DJ Yoda is a pioneer of Audio-Visual Djing and has transformed clubbing as we know it, throwing down styles as diverse as Hip-Hop, Funk, Baltimore Club, Drum n Bass and even Country music, all cut-up with a awe-inspiring selection of film, TV show and You Tube visuals that elevate his sets to the uniquely sublime. Hopefully they bring the visual part into the Domain, as in the last year Yoda has had many achievements including;
-Performing with Lily Allen providing exclusive visuals
-DJ’d to packed-out clubs everywhere from Beijing to New York, when a promoter wants a club full they call this Guy
-Performed alongside the likes of Amy Winehouse, Mark Ronson and Fatboy Slim.
-Provided Pete Tong with his first ever hip-hop Essential Mix for BBC Radio 1
So keep an eye on Dj Yoda, as hes been in the game for a very long time and will rock da house!
Now some tracks for CDR and to go into your Car!
Crazy P-The Hit Original Mix.mp3
Ben Mono - Protection (Siriusmo Remix).mp3
Make Her Say (Sammy Bananas Remix).mp3
Jeffer remix pack has been done by a few but my fave by far was the Modeselektor version.
Boys noize-Jeffer(Modeselektor Remix).mp3
Thought I might just throw this one in, I am not really sure about it. Its very hard. Great build then ruins it with the solidness. Needs more of a Tom Novy approach. Or i reckon Armand should let Duck Sauce handle it!
