Pretty much taking the best features of the DJM2000 and adding it to pioneers newest pro DJ mixer. This unit being the evolved DJM 800, seriously brings effects into the game. The Sound Color FX seems to have had the biggest overhaul.
They have also potentially sorted out the 'Missing Fader Problem' by employing new fader technology.
